• Payments can be made using credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or supported mobile wallets through Stripe and Paystack.
• Orders, digital or physical, are subject to availability, vendor confirmation, and successful payment processing.
• Any disputes related to payments or charges should first be reported through Eego Support.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• For physical goods, estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
• Vendors are responsible for ensuring timely shipment and accurate tracking updates.
• Eego is not liable for courier or logistics delays beyond its control.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7–30 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Digital products and downloadable content are generally non-refundable unless defective or misrepresented.
• Refunds are processed after verification and may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.

5. User Conduct

• You agree not to engage in any action that disrupts, damages, or compromises Eego’s systems or other users’ experience.
• Prohibited activities include:
  • Hacking, phishing, or unauthorized data access
  • Uploading malware or harmful scripts
  • Impersonation or fraudulent activity
  • Violation of intellectual property rights

6. Platform Responsibility

• Eego acts as a platform provider — vendors are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of their listings.
• Eego may intervene in disputes but does not guarantee refunds, product quality, or delivery on behalf of vendors.

7. Modifications

Eego may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
