2. Purchases & Payments

- Eego is not liable for courier or logistics delays beyond its control.
4. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 7–30 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Digital products and downloadable content are generally non-refundable unless defective or misrepresented.
- Refunds are processed after verification and may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
